President Rody Duterte comforted and engaged with cancer patients and their families at the Joseph Ray B. Yang Cancer Institute in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija on January 18, 2017.
The President also handed out financial assistance to the families of cancer patients admitted into the said institute.
